We at Capital Trikke love that the Trikke is a fun way to get out and enjoy no to low impact exercise. We have always been committed to your health and fitness, and firmly believe in the Trikke as the ultimate outdoor personal fitness machine!  It offers a full body, strength building, cardio intensive workout that is also complementary to weight loss when utilized with a proper diet.

 

A Capital Trikke Fitness Class is set up like your typical private gym class. For one hour we take you through an intensive Trikke riding workout designed to improve your riding skills AND improve your fitness!

 

We being with 10-15 minutes of off-Trikke stretching, moving to warm ups on the Trikke, and then to a full 45 minutes of riding, skill drills, and exercises so fun you won’t notice you’re working out! Believe us you’ll see and feel results!

 

Studies have shown that 30 minutes of moderate Trikke riding burns 280 calories on a 190lb person.  That’s more than 30 minutes of cycling (leisurely) swimming, and golfing! Imagine what regular Capital Trikke Fitness Classes can do for you!

 

Level 1  Capital Trikke Fitness Class

  For newer riders who will benefit from a combination of riding lessons and workouts. Primary goal is to ride the trikke for longer and longer stretches without touching the ground!  Work at your own pace but work hard! We’ll have fun reaching this goal!

 

 

Level 2  Capital Trikke Fitness Class

  For more developed riders who can maneuver the Trikke without difficulty through cones and around the random trainer! Riders should be able to ride for longer periods without interruption. In this level class we keep the riding constant with fewer breaks. You’ll be challenged by some obstacles and will combine strengthening exercises into your ride.

 


Level 3 Capital Trikke Fitness Class

   For advanced riders who want to push their abilities to the limits!  Sprints, repetitive inclines, and more advanced obstacle maneuvers on sidewalks are par for the course here!  We’ll keep it moving so be ready to push!

60 Minute Class is  $15.00 per class.

 

Multiple Class Pack Discounts Available

 

Trikke Rentals Available for $5 per class.

 

Request rental when purchasing class through shopping cart and then make sure you tell us you need a trikke when you schedule your class. First come first serve as Trikkes are limited. Model will vary upon availability. (T12, T8, T78D, T78, T67)
